Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
1) The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2) The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
3) The item is not on sale, marked as final clearance, or personalized/customized
4) Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
1) Contact us at demo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2) Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
3) Ship the item back to the address provided
4) Keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes
5) Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:
1) Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
2) Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
3) If the item was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
1) Used kitchen tools or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., food containers, drinkware)
2) Gift cards or downloadable products
3) Clearance or final sale items
4) Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1) Check your bank account or credit card statement again
2) Contact your payment provider — some banks take longer to process refunds
3) If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact us directly for assistance
